RETURN POLICY
We understand that sometimes you might need to return an item for a specific reason, including size, color, or personal choice. You can return new, unused items for a refund within 30 days of purchase under our return policy for bags and leather goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If in any case, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging within 30 days from date of purchase and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or exchange. (see disclaimer). Customer pays for return shipping costs. Any original shipping costs (if applicable) will not be refunded.
IMPORTANT: Customer MUST send an email to support@morethanpurses.com requesting a refund and the reason why PRIOR to a refund being approved. We will provide proper return instructions in an email once we receive your refund request. If you have the original order or item number, please include that in the email. A refund will not be approved without these instructions followed properly.
We sell handcrafted leather goods and 5-10% variation of leather color, fitting issues, different buckles than advertised on the listing, the difference in thread color, and some leather uneven cuts can be there in our products. We always try to reduce that %, but due to human imperfections that might occur. We do not count those issues as manufacturing defects and we do not offer free returns for such issues.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since date of your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund, replacement or exchange.
